The snow might be falling and people might be stuck in houses but that doesn't stop us. We continue to grow year round. We have five greenhouses which are planted with a rotational crop throughout the year. Throughout winter we supply our customers with Lettuce, Bok Choy, Spinach, Swiss chard and many of our cold storage goods.
